Returns
All Engine Design Group (NGN™) products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our product, and we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 30 days from purchase for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your returned product must be in new sellable condition, and in its original packaging. To process and complete your return, we require a copy of the original receipt.

How to process a return
Please contact our Customer Support Team at customersupport@enginedesigngroup.com. In the email “subject:” field please specify either “refund” or “replacement”. Please be prepared to provide the following information in email:

  • Your name and telephone number so that we may contact you.
  • The date that you purchased the product.
  • A copy of the original receipt.
  • A very brief reason for the return (This helps us improve our products and service).

An NGN Customer Support Representative will review your return request and then contact you shortly, usually the same day. If eligible and approved, an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) will be provided to you. This number should be clearly marked on the return package.

Please note: Packages sent without an RMA number will not be processed, refunded or returned. You will be responsible for shipping costs to NGN but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage for replacements. 

NGN is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to NGN. We recommend that you ship your returned Products to NGN via a trackable shipment method. For international shipments, you will be responsible for any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to our legal department for action. Counterfeit products will not be returned and customers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase. Our return and exchange policy applies only to Products purchased within the United States.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2-4 business days.

Clearance and Closeouts
All clearance and closeout sales are final and cannot be refunded.
